Brock's Blend Grilled Chicken

 Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

  • Brock’s Blend all-purpose seasoning

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Juice of 1 lemon (optional)

  • Fresh parsley or herbs for garnish (optional)


 Instructions
  1. Prep the Chicken: Pat chicken dry. Rub with olive oil and season generously with Brock’s Blend on both sides. Add lemon juice if using.

  2. Marinate (optional): Let the chicken rest for 15–30 minutes for deeper flavor.

  3. Grill: Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high. Grill chicken for 5–7 minutes per side or until internal temp reaches 165°F.

  4. Rest: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  5. Serve: Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with your favorite sides.
