Roasted Potatoes

Ā Ingredients

  • 2 lbs baby or Yukon Gold potatoes, halved

  • Brock’s SPG seasoning

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Optional: fresh parsley or grated Parmesan for garnish


Ā Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Prep Potatoes: In a large bowl, toss halved potatoes with olive oil and Brock’s SPG until evenly coated.

  3. Roast: Spread potatoes cut side down on a baking sheet. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.

  4. Finish: Garnish with parsley or Parmesan if desired.

  5. Serve: Serve hot as a side to steak, chicken, or your favorite comfort meal.


Ā Pro Tip

For extra crispy edges, preheat the baking sheet in the oven before adding the potatoes.
