Fiesta Chicken Tacos

 Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, diced

  • Brock’s Fiesta Blend taco seasoning

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Juice of ½ lime

  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas

  • Toppings: diced onion, chopped cilantro, shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, avocado


Instructions
  1. Season the Chicken: In a bowl, toss the diced chicken with olive oil, lime juice, and Brock’s Fiesta Blend until evenly coated.

  2. Cook: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes, or until fully cooked and slightly crispy on the edges.

  3. Warm Tortillas: While the chicken cooks, warm your tortillas in a pan or microwave.

  4. Assemble: Fill each tortilla with chicken and load up on your favorite toppings.

  5. Serve: Squeeze fresh lime over the top and enjoy immediately!
