Our Story

Brock’s Blend started when I was just getting into cooking and needed a reliable seasoning blend. I found myself using a lot of the same ingredients while seasoning my dishes, so I figured creating my own proprietary seasoning blend would be the best solution. This led me to creating a well-balanced recipe. The spice mix was well-received, getting an abundance of positive reviews and compliments about the food I was creating with it–some even suggested that I should consider selling it. When a restaurant I worked in used my spice mix on their chicken one night and received rave reviews, I knew it was time to seriously consider bottling and selling my blend. I have since been working hard to turn this concept into something real that can be shared with everyone. Now featured in multiple restaurants across the south, I am excited to introduce you to Brock’s Blend!
